Upcoming Changes to the Podcast with BONUS Detour into Adventist Radio Plays - Episode 87

Ami and Abby talk about some changes for the podcast over the next few months. The conversation takes a weird left turn into SDA radio drama. We might have been too well-caffeinated for this one, folks.

Check out this episode!

  1. Adventures in Odyssey. They had videos too. My Mom absorbed so much of that Focus on the Family BS. But I completely agree about the series being some of the more entertaining Sabbath Media.

  2. I'm 18 and I used to listen to a Hispanic version of "Your Story Hour", it's been around for 30 years now and they still play it on the local Adventist radio station.

  3. I totally remember Adventures in Odyssey. A bunch of friends listened to it at camp.

My grandma has a bunch of Uncle Dan and Aunt Sue and I listened to a lot of them.

The book you reviewed in the last review of the book center catalog that you didn't recognize the name of and were talking about how she put her life on hold to take care of a kid in Kansas, that was one of the Chloe Mae books. I read those numerous times.

I also read Orion Conspiracy and loved it!

  4. I'm 22 years old, definitely listened to Adventures in Odyssey and even watched the movies. I also listened to Uncle Dan and Aunt Sue when I was really young, I don't remember much except stories of being attacked by Indians or something like that. Veggietales and 321 Penguins were generally my favorite Sabbath entertainment.
